Our packaging products can be customized to meet your unique needs, including size, color, and design.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are subject to final approval by the customer before production begins.
Lead Time: Production and delivery timelines vary based on the level of customization and order size. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Artwork and Design: If custom artwork is provided by the customer, it must meet our specifications. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork files.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices: All prices listed on the website are in Euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges may apply.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Wire Transfer.
Full Payment: Payment must be made in full before order production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price listed at the time of order placement will apply.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and size of the order.

Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs issues, carrier delays) are not the responsibility of DR Enterprise di Anna Cristina Umali.
Risk of Loss: All products are shipped FOB origin, meaning the risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of custom-made products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not available for customized products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If there is an issue with your order or if you received defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 7(seven) days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
